Balletini
Hops, gallops, skips, marches, spring points are just some funsteps that the little balletinis are going to learn in this class. This course aims to instil the love of classical ballet at the same time, it also develops the child’s musicality, flexibility, grace, and posture. This class prepares the children to pre-primary level.
BALLET
BALLET Pre-Primary
Based on (VAGANOVA)method of classical ballet, this level of ballet training is made fun at Kids Performing™ but establishes correct placement, transfer of weight,and positions of the feet. This class give students strong foundation and correct body basics and prepares the students to the next level (BALLET 2-Primary).
BALLET 2: PRIMARY
Continuing the training based on Russian’s Vaganova method of classical ballet , this level prepares the children for RAD and CSTD examinations grade 1 and 2. Each class will challenge the students as the level of difficulty increases. IMPROVISATION and MIME are introduced in this class.
BALLET PREPARATORY LEVEL 1
Must have completed Ballet 2 or equivalent
Prep- level 1 establishes basic technique, extensions,and usage of the focal area. Posture in the basic stance must be priority in this class. Girls dance(rammassage des flowers) gathering flowers and boys dance(danse du suldat)soldiers dance are part of students dance study. This training is based on russian (VAGANOVA) method of classical ballet. This course also prepares the children for RAD and CSTD ballet examinations.

Hip Hop Kids 2 (9-12 years old) Saturday 3 - 4 pm
Hip Hop for kids in this age group includes a wide range of dance moves such as breaking, popping, locking, krumping and clown walking. This fun class for kids 7 - 12 years old teaches teamwork, increases strength, coordination and agility..... All this while your child learns to move and dance like Usher or even Britney!
Proper dance attire and shoes are required for all dance classes. Shorts/ skirts / jeans are not recommended. Street shoes are not allowed in the studios.

Kiddy Pop

A 20 week dance course that will get the kids moving to Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry , BEP's dance hits. Kids learn basic coordination, rhythm, group warm up techniques, group dynamics and performance skills.

Kids Jazz at Kids Performing™ is the fundamental dance course that develops the foundation to better dance technique. The warmups and stretches will help to elongate muscles and help strengthen a child’s center core . Taught in a fun and engaging way, with choreography built into the program, the outcomes of this course includes gracefulness and improved co-ordination. Children taking JazzKids™, BroadwayKids™ and UrbanKids™ are encouraged to take up this dance class as an addition to strengthen their technique and further improve their dance movements.
From “Intro to Jazz” to Jazz Levels 1-3 , our jazz dance course provides the technical foundation to focus on the stylistic and performance aspects of dance.. The technique is essential for leaps and turns, where correct posture is essential to properly execute such moves. Training includes exercises to accentuate center control and spotting to execute pirouttes, fouettes and other essential dance movements. All Jazz classes begins with moderate intensity stretching in order to warm up the muscles and help prevent injuries. Some techniques used in the warm up consist of elongating leg muscles and strengthening the core. All jazz classes build up increasing more challenging choreography.
Proper dance attire and shoes are required for all dance classes. Shorts/ skirts / jeans are nor recommended. Street shoes are not allowed in the studios.
Contemporary Jazz ( 7 years and above)
Learn to express yourself combining the elements of
modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
Contemporary dance stresses versatility and improvisation
and focuses on floor work. Contemporary dancers believe that dancers should have freedom of movement,
allowing their bodies to freely express their innermost feelings.

Latin Mix Dance : Mondays 7 - 8 pm
Latin Dances are generally more fast pace,more sensual and involve more rhythmic expression. Think J Lo and yes, man you can join in too!
Street Dance : Monday 8 - 9pm
Street Dance is an unbrella term to describe dance styles that evolved outside of the dance syudios.
Lyrical Hip Hop : Wednesday 7 -8 pm
Lyrical Hip Hop is a fluid and more interpretive version of new style hip hop often danced to down tempo rap music or R&B music.
Retro Dance: Thursday 7 -8 pm
Fusion Style : Thursday 8 -9 pm
Fusion style is a mix of two or more dance styles into one and helps to develop skills in a fast pace manner.
$15 per hour.
